Manufacturing of our Custom Products is made from our Manufacturing facility located in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. We currently run two shifts and have a capacity of over 25,000 six-inch wafers per year, under the supervision of the most experienced MEMS teams in the world.
Each customer request and need, from drawing-board ideas to more developed and manufacture-ready projects, are dealt with by our teams in change of the custom manufacturing. In oder to enable our customers to shorten the time to market of their ideas transformed into products, MEMSCAP offers several manufacturing ways:

A world renowned prototyping service known as MUMPs®(Multi User

MEMS Processes) to verify at an early stage the feasibility of ideas

or projects;

A customized service to finalize the development of the product and

prepare it for the manufacturing process;

Volume manufacturing.

Further bolstering our status as a volume-ready, mature MEMS manufacturer, MEMSCAP follows a rigorous TL 9000 and ISO 9001 Quality Program. Certified with this status since 1999 (the first MEMS company to achieve such certification), MEMSCAP’s manufacturing processes and facilities are carefully monitored, controlled and documented to ensure customer specifications are met.
